Paul Thynne, has over 20 years experience in residential property development and project management. Prior to forming Melthorn in 2002, Paul was General Manager of the JLF Corporation, a national residential investment property group.
JACK MCDONALD
Civil Construction
Jack McDonald is a Civil Engineer and has 30 years of experience in delivering public and private projects across Australia. Jack brings this experience and expertise to his role as lead Civil Contractor at Melthorn.
Jonathan Thynne
Project Management
Jonnie has a degree in Urban Development (majoring in Construction Management). His role of Project Manager has been enhanced with previous invaluable relevant experience working with Golding Civils and Carmichael Builders prior to joining Melthorn in 2014.
Svetlana Duricova
Finance and Accounting
Svetlana joined Melthorn’s team in 2009 and is responsible for all finance and accounting functions. Svetlana came to the group with 10 years of financial experience.
Abbey Thynne
Office Administration
Abbey manages office administration and co-ordinates the Custodian House & Garden Care Maintenance program.
